Booking Policy
To confirm your holidays with us you will need to pay 50% cost of the total holiday package. We will send you an e-voucher as a token of registration of your holidays with Dreamcatcher Adventure.

The remaining 50% of the tour cost must be paid before your tour starts. You can pay on the spot when you arrive.

 

Our Cancellation Policy

i) Cancellations made before 75-days of the trip date will qualify for 50% refund (of the total package cost) after deducting bank/credit card charges if applicable. Thereafter, refund shall be made as follows: 
ii) 25% refund (of the total package cost) if cancelled 30-days before the trip .
iii) 100% Cancellation charge if cancelled 30-days of travel/postponement of the trip or on "No-Show".

 

Refund Timeline
We will make haste when it comes to refund/repayment of your cancelled trip. Please have patience and we will make the refunds at the earliest.

 

IMPORTANT
If you are unable to complete trek due to bad weather or illness/injury or any other natural calamity – the money will not be refunded.
