When you do a booking with Dreamcatcher Adventure, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Full & Final payments to be made before the start of journey/tour/adventure activity.
We are authorized to change the tour program under unavoidable circumstances.
We are committed to providing the services as per the contract of the package tours under normal circumstances only. In case of a road-block due to landslide or any other natural disaster etc., we shall not be responsible for any refund. If the guest/s decide to proceed further with the tour then we will not be responsible for their action.
If the guest completes their tour before the itinerary timeline due to some reason, we do not commit to any refund.
Booking will be confirmed only after the advance payment is made.
Any meal, activity, or service that has not been availed by the guests will not be adjusted in the package cost.
We reserve the right of changing the itinerary for smooth operations or to enhance the guest experience. In case of alternation, omission due to reasons beyond our control (although every effort would be made to provide the services as per the itinerary) will not be liable for any claims.
We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of goods/valuable during adventure tours.
We will not be held responsible for any accident, death, or injury during adventure activities. You must sign a 'Risk Exemption' declaration with Dreamcatcher Adventure.
The type of accommodation during the tour would be provided as per the agreed itinerary.
Meals will be provided as specified in the itinerary.
Sightseeing and excursion only as specified in the itinerary.
We will not be responsible for your personal belongings like mobile/camera/watch & things of personal nature. Please ensure the safety of your belongings.
You must not book adventure sports activity in case you are undergoing any medical treatment (like Diabetes, High & low Blood pressure, Vertigo, Asthma, Heart problem, recent bone injury, etc.).
We do not offer any accidental insurance policy that covers the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or loss of life. Guests are advised to get insurance arrangements in their home country personally.
Baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
Dehradun (Uttarakhand) will be the jurisdiction for any controversy or legal proceedings.
